Workspace Settings
Go to Settings in the left sidebar to manage your workspace configuration. Only the workspace Owner and Admin roles can make changes here.
Appearance
The Appearance section controls how your proposals and public-facing documents look to clients.
Brand Accent Colour
Choose a colour that represents your brand. This colour is used for headings, buttons, and highlights on proposals and invoices shared with clients.
- Click a preset swatch to pick a common colour
- Or enter a custom hex code (e.g.
#2D6BE4)
A live preview updates as you pick.
Heading Font
The font used for titles and headings in proposals and invoices. Options include a curated selection of Google Fonts suited for professional documents (e.g. Playfair Display, Georgia, Merriweather).
Body Font
The font used for body text. Options are clean, readable typefaces (e.g. Inter, Lato, Source Sans).
The live preview below the selectors shows how your chosen combination looks on a sample document.
TIP
Keep font pairing simple — a serif heading font with a sans-serif body font is a professional default that works well for most creative businesses.
Workspace Details
Workspace Name
The display name of your business or studio. Appears on proposals and invoices.
Workspace URL
Your workspace slug — the unique identifier in your Omako URL. This is read-only and cannot be changed after creation.
Timezone
Used for date and time display throughout the app.
GST Number (GSTIN)
Your 15-digit GST registration number. Appears on all invoices you send. Leave blank if you are not GST-registered.
PAN Number
Your 10-character Permanent Account Number. Optional — shown on invoices for clients who require it.
Logo
Click the logo area to upload your workspace logo. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, SVG. Recommended size: at least 200 × 200 px.
The logo appears in the header of proposals and invoices shared with clients.
To replace or remove the logo, click the existing image.
SCR Keywords
Configure the keyword list used by Omako's scope creep detection. When client feedback contains any of these words or phrases, an alert appears on the project's Revisions tab.
Click Add keyword and type a phrase (e.g. "we also need", "can you add", "change everything"). Keywords are case-insensitive. You can add as many as you like and remove them at any time.
TIP
Start with 5–10 phrases that reflect how your clients typically request new work. Phrases are more accurate than single words — "add a section" is less likely to produce false positives than just "add".
Saving Changes
Click Save at the bottom of each section. Changes to branding take effect immediately on all future proposals and PDFs you generate.
