Omi AI Overview
Omi is Omako's built-in AI assistant. It is woven into specific workflows across the platform to help you work faster and make better decisions — without needing to leave the app.
What Omi Can Do

When Omi Is Available
Omi features require an active subscription. Some features (like Proposal Review and Dispute Summary) use the more capable model and are available on advanced tier plans. Milestone Suggestions use a faster, lighter model available on all paid plans.
Check Settings → Features to confirm which AI features are enabled for your workspace.
Privacy
Omi processes your workspace data (proposal content, project details, client feedback) to generate responses. Data is not used to train Omako's AI models.
Getting the Best Results from Omi
- Be specific — the more detail you provide in your proposals, project descriptions, and milestone titles, the more relevant Omi's output will be.
- Review, don't just accept — Omi's suggestions are a starting point, not a final answer. Always review before applying.
- Use it early — run a proposal review before sending, not after a decline. Use milestone suggestions at the start of a project, not after problems arise.
