Dashboard

The dashboard is your command centre. It loads the moment you sign in and shows the things that need your attention today — nothing more.

Greeting & Quick Actions

At the top of the page you'll see a time-sensitive greeting (Good morning / afternoon / evening) with your first name.

To the right are two quick-action buttons:

Button	Action
New proposal	Opens the proposal creation wizard
New invoice	Opens a blank invoice form

Omi Command Bar

Below the greeting sits the Omi command bar. Type anything — a question, an instruction, or a command — and Omi will respond in the side panel.

When you click into the bar, a row of suggested chips appears:

• Generate a proposal
• Create an invoice
• What's overdue?
• Summarise my pipeline

Click any chip to send it directly to Omi, or press Enter after typing your own message.

Today's Focus

This section only appears when there is something that needs your attention today. It is hidden when everything is on track.

Item type	When it appears
Milestone due	A project milestone is due today or tomorrow
Proposal expiring	A sent proposal expires within 3 days
Stale drafts	Draft proposals older than 3 days are awaiting review

Click any row to navigate directly to the relevant project, proposal, or draft list.

Active Projects

A list of all projects currently in progress. Each row shows:

• A health dot (teal = on track, orange = at risk)
• Project name and client
• Milestone progress (e.g. 3/7)
• A status flag: Overdue, Delays, or On track

Click View all to open the full Projects page. Click any row to open that project.

Awaiting Response

Proposals you've sent to clients that haven't been accepted or declined yet. Each row shows:

• Proposal title and client name
• Proposal value
• Expiry date — shown in orange if expiring within 7 days, or Expired if past

Click any row to open the proposal. Click View all to see the full sent proposals list.
