Rewards & Referrals

Omako has a lightweight rewards system to recognise your progress as a freelancer. Earn XP by completing real work actions, level up, and unlock badges along the way.

Opening the Rewards Panel

Click the Lv N row at the bottom of the sidebar (below your name and email) from any page in the app. The rewards panel slides in from the right.

XP & Levels

Every meaningful action you complete earns XP. Your total XP determines your level.

Level range	Title
1–9	Starter
10–19	Rising
20–29	Pro
30–39	Expert
40–50	Legend

Each level requires 100 XP. The progress bar in the sidebar and in the rewards panel shows how far into your current level you are.

How to earn XP

Badges

Badges are one-time achievements unlocked by hitting specific milestones. All badges are visible in the rewards panel — earned ones are highlighted, locked ones are shown dimmed.

First Step	Send your first proposal
Closer	Get your first proposal accepted
Century	Collect ₹1L in paid invoices
On Time	Complete 10 milestones by their due date
Streak Week	Complete milestones 3 weeks in a row
Networker	Add 5 or more clients
Referral Star	Refer a user who upgrades to a paid plan

Refer & Earn

Every Omako account has a unique referral code, visible in the rewards panel under Refer & Earn.

How it works

1. Copy your referral code from the rewards panel
2. Share it with another freelancer
3. When they create their Omako workspace, they click Have a referral code? on the onboarding screen and enter your code
4. Once they upgrade to a paid plan, you automatically receive +200 XP and the Referral Star badge

Stats

The rewards panel shows:

Stat	What it means
Invited	Total users who entered your referral code at signup
Converted	How many of those users upgraded to a paid plan
XP earned	Total XP awarded from your successful referrals
