Projects Overview

A project in Omako is a live client engagement. Projects are usually created from an accepted proposal, which means the milestones, scope, and client details are already filled in from day one.

Creating a Project

The most common way to create a project is from an accepted proposal:

  1. Open the accepted proposal
  2. Click Convert to project
  3. The project is created with milestones, client, and scope pre-populated from the proposal

You can also create a standalone project manually from the Projects list if you don't have a formal proposal.
