Billing & Plans

The Billing page shows your current subscription, plan features, and payment history. Only the workspace Owner can access this page.

Go to Settings → Billing.

Current Plan

The top of the page shows:

  • Your active plan name (e.g. Solo, Solo Pro, Studio)
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next renewal date
  • Any active trial or grace period

Trial Period

New workspaces start with a free trial. The billing page shows how many trial days you have remaining. No payment is required until the trial ends.

Grace Period

If a payment fails after your trial or renewal date, your workspace enters a grace period. During this time you retain full access while the payment issue is resolved. The billing page shows how many grace days remain and prompts you to update your payment method.

Founding User

If your account was created during Omako's early access period, you may have a Founding User badge. Founding users receive lifetime access to a specific plan at no cost.

Upgrading or Downgrading

Click Change plan to see available plans and switch. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle (no prorating mid-cycle).

Billing Cycle

Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing. Annual billing is typically offered at a discount. The switch applies at the next renewal.

Payment History

The Payment History tab lists every charge against your workspace:

Click Download next to any entry to save the invoice/receipt as a PDF.

Updating Your Payment Method

Click Update payment method to change the card or UPI details on file. You'll be redirected to the payment provider's secure form to complete the update.
