Proposals Overview
Proposals are the starting point of every client engagement in Omako. You build a proposal, send it to a client, and — once accepted — convert it into a tracked project.
Proposal Lifecycle
Draft → Sent → Accepted
└→ Declined
└→ Expired| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Work in progress. Only visible to you. |
| Sent | Shared with the client via a link. Awaiting their response. |
| Accepted | Client clicked Accept. Can be converted to a project. |
| Declined | Client clicked Decline. Can be edited and re-sent. |
| Expired | Validity date has passed without a response. |
