Appearance
My Account
Your account settings are personal to you — they are separate from workspace settings and apply regardless of which workspace you're in.
Go to Account in the left sidebar (your avatar at the bottom).
Signing Out
The Sign out button is in the top-right corner of the Account page. Click it to end your session and return to the login screen.
Profile
Avatar
Click your avatar to upload a new photo. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP. Maximum file size: 500 KB. Recommended size: at least 250 × 250 px.
To remove your avatar, click the existing photo and select Remove.
Full Name
Your display name — shown to teammates in activity feeds and on documents you create.
Designation
Your job title or role (e.g. Brand Designer, Creative Director). Shown on proposals you send to clients as the sender's title.
Phone
Your contact number. Not shared with clients.
About
A short bio or summary. Optional — visible to your teammates within the workspace.
Notification Preferences
Control which events trigger email notifications:

Toggle each one on or off based on your preferences.
Rewards & Level
Your level and XP are shown in the bottom of the sidebar as a small progress bar. Click the Lv N row to open the Rewards panel from anywhere in the app.

Account Deletion
DANGER
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete your account, scroll to the bottom of the Account page and click Delete account. You will be asked to confirm by typing your email address.
After confirming:
- Your account is scheduled for deletion after a grace period (default: 30 days)
- You are signed out immediately
- During the grace period, you can sign back in to reactivate your account
- After the grace period expires, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted
- The email address is freed and can be used to create a fresh account
If you sign in during the grace period, you will see a screen giving you the option to reactivate or confirm deletion.
