Appearance
Client Proposal View
When you send a proposal, Omako generates a unique link (e.g. my.omako.app/p/abc123) that your client can open in any browser without needing an account.
What the Client Sees
The proposal page is a clean, branded document showing:
- Your workspace logo and accent colour
- Proposal title and validity dates
- Project scope, deliverables, and pricing
- Milestone plan with due dates and payment percentages
- Legal clauses and terms
- Your contact details
The layout is designed to look professional on both desktop and mobile.
Accepting or Declining
If the proposal is in Sent status, two buttons appear at the top of the page:
- Accept — the client confirms they want to proceed
- Decline — the client declines the proposal
After clicking either button, the client sees a confirmation message and the buttons are replaced with a status banner (Accepted or Declined). The status in your Omako workspace updates immediately.
INFO
Clients do not need to create an Omako account to accept or decline. The link is self-contained.
After the Proposal Has Been Responded To
If a client opens a link after they have already accepted or declined, they see a read-only view with a status banner. They cannot change their response through the link.
Downloading as PDF
The client can click Save as PDF or use their browser's print function to save a copy. This is useful for their own records or approval workflows.
Branding
The proposal page uses your workspace's brand settings — logo, accent colour, and fonts. To update how your proposals look, go to Settings → Workspace Settings →.
Link Expiry
The link does not expire — but the proposal itself can have a validity end date. Once the validity date passes, the proposal shows as Expired and the Accept/Decline buttons are hidden. The page remains accessible for reference.
