Managing Clients

The Clients section is a contact directory of everyone you work with. Clients are linked to proposals, projects, and invoices.

Client Tabs

Each client has three tabs:

Details

All the fields above. Edit and save at any time.

Trust Score

A computed reliability metric based on the client's payment history with your workspace. The score considers:

  • How promptly they pay invoices
  • Whether invoices have gone overdue
  • Overall payment consistency

The trust score builds up over time as you invoice and track payments for this client.

Activity

A timeline of all interactions with this client across your workspace:

  • Proposals sent and their outcomes
  • Projects linked to them
  • Invoices and payment status

Searching Clients

Use the search bar on the Clients list to filter by name or email.

Deleting a Client

Hover a client row in the list and click the delete icon. Clients linked to active projects cannot be deleted.

WARNING

Deleting a client removes their record but does not delete linked proposals, projects, or invoices. Those records will show the client name but lose the link to the contact.
